Co-founder, Lead Fabricator & Construction Specialist

Will

Will is a dedicated construction professional whose journey began at the age of 19. He spent his early years mastering various fields, including painting, demolition, and renovations. This diverse background led him to co-found a stair and railing business with his brother, Marvin, where Will found his true calling as the Lead Fabricator.

With over 18 years of specialized experience, Will has been instrumental in expanding the company’s services to include high-quality garages, decks, and sheds. He is passionate about bringing outdoor spaces to life through expert craftsmanship.

Life Outside the Site: When he's not on the job, Will is a busy dad to four amazing kids. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and their playful Aussie-doodle, Cody.
Adrenaline Fix: An adventurer at heart, Will loves hitting the trails on his dirt bike with friends or his brother.

Co-founder, Client Experience & Site Operations Specialist

Marvin

Marvin began his career alongside Will at age 18, exploring multiple trades before discovering a deep-seated passion for the precision of woodworking. While his technical roots are in craftsmanship, his role has evolved into leading the Client Experience and overseeing strategic site operations for Build 4 Outdoors.

As the primary point of contact, Marvin ensures that the company’s “no-nonsense” standards are upheld at every stage of the build. He takes immense pride in the team’s ability to deliver complex, functional projects—such as garden suites and custom garages—with total confidence and transparency.

Family & Home: Marvin is happily settled with his wife, their two dogs, and their joyful toddler, Olivia.
Staying Active: He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys long bike rides and staying competitive with games of soccer and pickleball.

Technical Liaison & Estimation Specialist

Suzanne

Suzanne believes that successful projects are built on accuracy, and that is exactly where she excels. Leveraging an 8-year background in high-rise condo estimation, she serves as the vital technical liaison between our clients and the architectural team.

She leads the “feasibility phase” of every build, informing clients precisely what can be achieved within the scope of Ontario’s building codes and municipal bylaws. By acting as this critical link, Suzanne ensures our architects have the exact data they need to create permit-ready plans. Working alongside her husband, Marvin, she is dedicated to providing a professional, “no-surprises” construction experience—from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.

Life Outside the Office: When she’s not navigating city bylaws, Suzanne is likely on the pickleball court—a sport she recently picked up and has quickly become obsessed with.
Home Life: She is also a passionate home cook who loves experimenting with new recipes for her family.
